| The Board licenses and certifies real estate appraisers, sets continuing education requirements, and handles complaints. Members include three appraisers; one financial industry representative; and one public representative. The governor shall appoint the financial industry representative from a list of qualified individuals submitted by the North Dakota Bankers Association, and the North Dakota Credit Union League. The public member of the board may not be engaged in the practice of real estate appraising. | |||
