Hoeven To Receive Custom Crafted Samsara Cue
BISMARCK, N.D. - Governor John Hoeven will be presented with a unique, customized billiard cue from Samsara Cues, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of custom pool and billiard cues, on Monday, August 12 at 10 a.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center.
The State Historical Society of North Dakota Collections announced today that they will accept the cue for display in the exhibit hall. Hoeven noted the significance of the state displaying the custom made cue, an example of a North Dakota business developing unique products to be marketed on a global scale. The Rugby based company has created award-winning cues that are not only precisely accurate in play, but also artistically beautiful, adding to their collectable value. Samsara Cues has crafted one of 12 cues that are on display at the Smithsonian National Museum in Washington, D.C.
A reception will be held in the Heritage Center mezzanine immediately following the presentation.
