- Licensed by the Province of Manitoba, where it is located, and utilizes provincially licensed pharmacists in the dispensation of prescription drugs. They are not licensed in North Dakota.
- Certified by the Canadian International Pharmacy Association.
- Dispenses maintenance medications only. It does not dispense controlled substances.
- It requires either an original prescription from a United States physician or confirmation from the physician that a faxed copy is consistent with the original before it will dispense any medication to North Dakotans. Refills may be filled by telephone, mail or online.

You should be aware that the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concludes that importation of drugs from Canada is not legal, although they have a policy of not enforcing this law against individuals who import drugs for their personal use.
