Burgum to join Hoeven, Fargo-Moorhead officials for signing of diversion project agreement, flood discussion

Gov. Doug Burgum will join U.S. Sen. John Hoeven, Fargo-Moorhead officials and other federal, state and local leaders Tuesday for the signing of a new Project Partnership Agreement for comprehensive flood protection in the Red River Valley. Officials also will discuss measures being taken by the community to prepare for a significant spring flood fight.
