Frannie Tunseth, a reading and mathematics teacher at Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg Public School in Mayville, is North Dakota’s Teacher of the Year for 2026, Gov. Kelly Armstrong and state School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler said in a joint announcement.
