Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff, and encourages North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses, in honor and remembrance of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain’s longest-reigning monarch, who died Thursday, Sept. 8, at age 96.

State and national addiction experts will share their insight into how to turn ”Advocacy into Action” at the sixth annual Recovery Reinvented, an event dedicated to ending the shame and stigma surrounding the disease of addiction.
