BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakotans are reminded that all United States and North Dakota flags should be returned to full-staff at 12:01 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 30. Flags have been flown at half-staff since the passing of former President George H.W. Bush on Nov. 30.
