Governor Burgum will be sworn in and give his State of the State Address beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Jan. 3, 2017, in the House of Representatives chamber at the State Capitol in Bismarck, followed by a reception in Memorial Hall. Chamber doors open to the public at 12:30 p.m.
