The Gaming Division regulates, enforces, and administers charitable gaming in North Dakota, performs audits and investigations of gaming organizations, reviews gaming tax returns and administrative complaints, and provides training for charitable gaming organizations in order to promote transparency and accountability, and to ensure the honesty and integrity of all gaming activities. The Gaming Investigator I would aid the Bureau of Criminal Investigation's lead Gaming Criminal Investigator by assisting with criminal investigations involving charitable gaming and other related laws. Minimum Qualifications

This position requires an undergraduate degree with specific emphasis in accounting, banking and finance, business administration, or economics and at least seven years of commercial lending experience. Additional years of lending experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
